Eed Waugh Site Visit on 12th Sep:
there's a good chunk of work there & they seem like an amenable bunch. We got we we needed out of it in terms of understanding the job / boundaries / & their requirements. They are in the process of getting some final planning proposals together for two new parts of development upcoming on the park & once they have those, they have someone who can overlay those with any decent existing drawings to give us a good an understanding of whats there & also future proofing the additional development. Discussions will continue around modelling, hydraulics etc & Dan Cox who is their construction manager basically said lets stay in touch & those new drawings should be available in the next 4-6 weeks
